Types for Ladder Accessories
Extension ladder end covers for protecting aluminum, fiberglass, wood.
These simple end caps will protect against damage caused by the ladder bearing on the landing surface. They are for the top posts of the ladder, not the bottom.
You can install a ladder stabilizer on the top of the extension ladder to keep the end of the ladder away from the work surface. They usually fix the ladder about ten inches away from the wall, thus providing you with an improved working space directly in front of you. They are especially useful for working around obstacles, windows, bushes, etc.
When working on the top side, transitioning from a ladder to a roof is a potentially dangerous operation. Even if your ladder extends far beyond the gutter, and you can hold the end of the ladder to stabilize yourself, you must move sideways around the ladder to enter the roof, which is an awkward movement. You can set foot on something, travel and fall.
This simple device can be easily installed on the hollow end of the rung of a telescopic ladder for use on both sides of the ladder. You can use it to fix paint cans or buckets, such as tool bags, and use carabiner to secure them in place.
