But when it comes to the advantages of disc-buckle scaffolding with high efficiency in erection and disassembly and short construction period, I have not actually used it before, and may not really understand it. Why is the construction period of disc-buckle scaffolding short and economic benefits are good!
One reason: the engineering unit uses less steel
The φ60 series disc-buckle scaffolding adopts Q345B low-carbon alloy structural steel for the cross and vertical bars, and the distance between the bars can reach up to 2 meters. The steel consumption under the same supporting volume will be reduced by 1/2 compared with traditional products. It will be reduced by 1/3-1/2. The reduction in steel consumption brings not only an increase in economic efficiency, but also a reduction in the difficulty of construction.
Reason two: unique design
Disc-buckle-type scaffolding is specially designed for inserting disc and locking structure. The self-gravity is taken into account when the joint is designed, so that the joint has a reliable two-way self-locking ability, avoids nut operations, and has fewer construction accessories. The assembly and disassembly speed of the whole frame is 3 to 5 times faster than the conventional one. The assembly and disassembly are fast and labor-saving, and it is used by workers. A hammer can complete all the work.
The erection speed of a single worker of ordinary scaffolding is only 35m/day, but the erection speed of a single worker of disc-buckle scaffolding can reach 100～150m/day. The construction efficiency is improved and the construction labor is saved.

Disc-buckle scaffolding can be constructed according to specific construction requirements to form single and double-row scaffolds with different frame sizes, shapes and load-bearing capacity, support frames, support columns and other multi-functional construction equipment to meet various construction needs and improve construction effectiveness!

The disc scaffolding has no parts, fast loading and unloading, convenient transportation and easy storage, which indirectly improves the construction efficiency and is also conducive to the management of construction materials on the site.

The disc scaffolding adopts internal and external hot-dip galvanizing and anti-rust technology. The components are resistant to knocks and have good look and feel.
